I installed wine and winetricks and proceeded with winecfg.
From the terminal, i executed with following line: winetricks vcrun2013 vcrun2015 corefonts wininet winhttp

In the process of installation i get:

Next i did:
cd Downloads

and executed:

wine MTGAInstaller.exe

After the input of my country and pressing the Next-Button, this message shows up:

Install Failed
MTGA Launcher kann unter den folgenden
Windows-Versionen nicht installiert werden:
Windows XP SP2 x64, Windows Server 2003 SP2 x64,
Windows Vista x64, Windows Server 2008 x64.


System: 5.2 and 20.04, 64-bit

If anyone tried the installation of MagicArena with POL/wine and did it, i appreciate your How To.

I have found another easier option here:

Did this few steps. The installation-Setup is running and it says installation finished.
When i click onto the MTG Arena Icon, it says: Error: Path not found. Es
ist kein Programm mit diesem Dateityp verknüpft. File not found.

Obviously a file is missing. Where do i have to copy it into?

To run magic arena you need to install wine 7.0, i played on this version with no problem.
