Press the Windows button; type in "print"; Printers - Configure printers comes up top of the Menu.
Take it from there. Make sure to have your printer turned on & connected.

... and don't forget to check the Help Manual that has a specific section for installing printers.
Either via your menu. Will be under Favorites if you haven't removed it there. You can also type 'help' into the search bar.
