Glad it's solved..
Once you get bitten by LL, you may end up making it your main OS, on all you boxes. :) :) like me.
Then just use VM's for your other OS's
Upgrades WIP 2.6 to 2.8 - (6 X 2.6 to 2.8 completed on: 20/02/16 All O.K )
Linux Lite 3.0 Humming on a ASRock N3070 Mobo ~ btrfs RAID 10 Install on 4 Disks :)

You're in luck, VirtualBox has some pretty good docs. I'll leave some links here:

Help/docs from within the software:
Oracle VM VirtualBox Manager (the main software window) > Help > Contents

OR

Oracle VM VirtualBox Manager (the main software window) > Help > VirtualBox Web Site > (website opens in the browser) > Click documentation link in left-hand column side of webpage
